Giants get LaTroy Hawkins.
Cubs get Jerome Williams.
I don't see this trade really helping either team. Maybe Hawkins can get back to his old form as a dominant 8th inning guy.

i do not like this trade. sabean is mortgaging the future in an attempt to win now, and this team is not good enouigh to win now. jerome is going to be really good one day, and we will regret giving him up.
