NTR - any downtown restaurant ideas for rehearsal dinner?
Just wondering if anyone had used or been to a rehearsal dinner downtown and if so how was it? Someone from out of town asked for ideas - thanks!

try the majestic, ep's, cielo or even the Inn at Hunt Phelan. If you have out of town guests, they can stay at the hunt Phelan b/c it is a bed and breakfast as well.

My best friend's rehearsal dinner was at the Rendezvous. It was really good.

Don't know if it's still there, since I moved to Florida last year, but we had a rehearsal dinner at Pat O'Briens on Beale. They have really beautiful rooms upstairs big enough for a large group, but can be broken down for small parties. The food was good, and the manager was really great to work with.

My nephew had his at Texas de Brazil Friday night. There was a private room upstairs that was enclosed in glass instead of a front wall. Food and service was excellent.

Thanks for all the tips! e_smith - it's not for me, I was just asked for some advice on places to look into. I have been hitched just over 10 years! 02-13-banana
