Actually no, he hasn't and this is delaying his recovery. They stapled him versus stitching him which is causing him pain when he gets into a sitting position because it is pressing into him. So until he is moving he won't be able to pass it. Where as we thought he would be leaving the hospital Tuesday or Wednesday, we don't know when he will be leaving. Which in the end delays all of his recovery time.

This is making my dad and mom cranky. And I don't know what to do to help.

Thanks everyone. It has really helped to have all of you behind me.

It is definitely a very draining time. But I'm very thankful for all of you and also the people I work with. Everyone has been very supportive during this time.

I never thought I would be saying this, but thank goodness that he is able to pass gas. Just try to stay in front of him. :) Glad to hear he's doing better.

Well...He started running a fever last night. It has since come down and looks like his date of release from the hospital has been moved to Thursday morning.

Thanks again everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I am wore out. I'm glad I had already taken Friday off from work. I need a day of rest.
