We Sold Our House!
It's been on the market since the 1st of March.

Waiting on the paperwork but we've agreed on a price.

We're looking at 3 options:
* Memphis
* Arlington
* Collierville

Looking at dumps so the decision will be based on potential flip value 2 years down the road.

I don't mind gutting kitchens and bathrooms and rebuilding them. It's kinda fun -- especially when you pocket the sweat equity at closing.

If we don't do the Mphs house it will be the 1st time in my adult life that I haven't lived inside the city limits.

The end of an era.

Oh well.

We're looking for foreclosures or pre-foreclosures that need some moderate to major fixing up.

If you know of any I'll shoot you a PM.

Believe it or not, we've looked at well over 100 houses in the past 4 months and MOST of them have been vacant.
