While perusing the Atlanta Journal-Constitution last night, I was catching up on reading one of the sports columnist's past articles. One from two weeks ago struck me as kind of funny, but typical of Chris Rix nonetheless:

Flawed State at Duke: First Chris Rix parks in a handicapped spot, gets tagged, then he takes a place reserved for rehabilitation patients. You know, I'm beginning to think Rix is deserving of a special parking spot. He can at least make a good case for being mentally deficient. Duke, meanwhile, continues to make a stance against ACC expansion by not fielding a football team. FSU, favored by 697, covers.

As if it has anything to do with Rix being a tool, here you go:

Georgia at LSU: Look. I'm fully aware that there's going to be 90,000 loud, obnoxious drunks in Baton Rouge, and that's not even counting local congressmen. But unless somebody's going to fall out of the stands onto David Greene's head, I'm missing something with this point spread. LSU favored by 1? One what? Breathalyzer? Take the Dogs and the point. In related news, six judges will be auctioned off at halftime.
