They keep him on because it helps the Athletic budget. We don't need some pretty boy defensive coordinator coming in and spending all the school's money on a pair of shoes now do we?

we the only school in collge football that doesnt have to provide headphones too :bcs:

im just not a fan of a career coodinator

Maybe JLD's not the best at wooing HS boys into the program. I would bet that Helton and the others are much more persuasive. One day TW may hire someone better, but it sounds like he's satisfied at this point.
