The field looks different in the last photo. Are they putting in grass?

Quite an improvement.......Everybody should go to this stuff or grass........The changes are long overdue.

At South Carolina, we had artificial turf from 1972-1983. While it looked nice.......getting rid of it was the best thing we could have done. I played on it while in high school.....and while attending a mid-summer football camp. I can tell you it was like a thin layer of carpet on concrete........I can't believe anyone plays on that stuff regularly. Also, during day games, the heat was magnified ten-fold. It was like an oven.
