Well, as you can see, my body is on 6:00 AM time here and I'm still awake. That should tell you what the adrenaline is doing to me.

I had a 4:30 wedding to go to that was a little over an hour away from Chapel Hill. I didn't get away from the reception until about a quarter 'til 7:00... but I was still going to go. Even if we were down 21-0 before I got there, I told myself that I was still going to go. Something told me that I needed to be at that game.

Well, I'm glad I went now. What an unbelievable game! What a great day!

Wish you could have been there Ben (as well as all the other Heels from this board who couldn't make it). It was a sight to see. I hope you're all celebrating, wherever you are. It's great to be a Heel!

Did you stay in the stands, or did you help carry the goalposts out of the stadium?

I really wish I had been there :frown:

I rushed the field, but I didn't see the goalposts being carried out. I was on the field for a good thirty minutes afterward, and when I left both the goalposts were on the field being guarded by a ton of cops. If they made it out after that, it was by a miracle.

Well, we proved that miracles do happen and from what Heelman90 said, the goalposts miraculously made it all the way to Franklin Street later.

I was at a dinner and missed the middle portion of the game, but I got back in time to see the last eight minutes. That was absolutely great.

I still can't believe we won. I wrote us off as usual. Not only did I not go, I was in a movie and didn't even get to watch it. Well, it's all for the better, at least I didn't jinx us. I just hope we can keep it up and get a bowl game. What awesomesness...by the way...I got the goalpost and took it to Franklin for Halloween. I just have to get someone to host my pic so I can post it.

:D :)
