KSU Coach to Stay at Least Through the Next Decade

March 30, 2007

KENNESAW, Ga. - Kennesaw State University athletic director Dave Waples announced today that head men's basketball coach Tony Ingle has agreed to terms for the first multi-year contract ever offered by the Georgia institution. The five-year pact, with an automatic one-year roll-over clause, could keep the 54-year old Ingle at KSU through at least the next decade.

Other terms of the agreement were not available at this time.

Ingle just completed his seventh year with the Owls, and the school's second year in the Atlantic Sun Conference and Division I. The Dalton, Ga. native has a posted a record of 140-79 in his time at KSU.
