ETSU game
Camels lose 100-76. I hope this is the low point of the season.

Too bad those two guys at the end of the bench aren't suited-up.

I really do hope that its the low point. But our current trend of low offensive production is worrying me to no end. I heard that Eddie Brown, the JuCo kid was suppose to be playing this semester. Any word on that?

Anyways... it was a tough loss and comes in a bad time with a road trip coming up.

but did you guys see me sink those threes to win the 6ft Subway Sub?

Brown is a red shirt for the season. He would have been a red shirt from the start had arrived in August anyway. He is real raw and will benenfit greatly with some off season work. Dapo has a long way to go before he will be ready and effective.

last night was just a good ole fashion beat down. I think these guys could use a rest given the number of games they have played in the past few days. They don't practise today and don't play again until Saturday so hopefully they will have a better outing at Mercer and Stetson. They need to defend better. CU is 1st in conference scoring at 78.2 points per game and are allowing 80.8 points per game which is last.

You're young and beat up. The papers and everyone else talking trash about Brad has FINALLY pissed him off, so he did the things necessary to get him going as far as playing well again. When Nuckles, Reed, Thomas, Pigram and Mike Smith are firing on all cylinders we are one of the toughest teams in the conference. I can only imagine had Twilley been able to get going, but he got in foul trouble so he went into his never shoot the ball mode.
Given our change in style recently I thought ya'll played hard.

i think it was a good game on both sides actually...just the fouls killed us. we cant have j-rod on the bench for almost the entire first half and expect to have alot of momentum and chemistry. but i was most def. impressed on how we powered to the basket each time, even though missing alot of shots, getting there big players into foul trouble early. i think we needed that loss so we can get our heads on straight and be ready for the next games, which we need to win. im def. looking forward to the BELMONT game at home, maybe the crowd will be a lil more upbeat:)

...and yes small wonder saw you and sam hit the three pointers, nicely done!

You're kidding yourself if you think that Eddie would have been redshirted.

Not hardly at least that was the plan with the coaching staff. Now with Dapo hurt that may have changed. Besides it would have been a waste given his current ability he was in no way ready to play at this level. Like I have said he is very raw. The coaches are smart to red shirt him that way they will get the most of his remaining 2 years.

They don't have a choice this season now, but he would have played if he was here in the fall....what this team needs is a raw player on the court.

What I'm concerned about is that 6ft sub. 'Wonder wait and get it an hour before the Belmont game and divvy it up between you, me, 20X, Big Camel, and &1. (No mayo.)
