What are your thoughts on playing Milligan?
In theory- I think it's a great idea.

We talk about wanting the majors to throw us a bone- possibly even play here a la Michigan State (which you can kiss goodbye from ever returning thanks to our friendly Fire Marshall).

Well, if here's our local bone throwing, if you will. And as long as you're going to play these games- I'd rather keep it local.

The scary thing here is Milligan might actually have a chance now that I see their three-point shooters are the best in Division II. That's a longshot- but they suddenly have a puncher's chance.

My question is why this game hasn't drawn more local publicity?

I agree, I don't like these game at least not for a regular season matchup. I wish we would only schedule games like this for exhibition. They aren't exciting to watch at all, whether it is a local team like Milligan or Juniata College.
