The big crime was the end of the first half where Notre Dame got a touchdown when the ball was actually fumbled on the 1.
In the second half, Michigan came out and scored a field goal. I believe that ND fumbled on the following kickoff which Michigan capitalized on to get another TD. Unfortunately, ND then drove right down the field (there was a big fake run pass play that went about 45 yards, there was nobody within five yards of the guy, including the safeties) and scored a touchdown. They tried the 2pt conv. but failed. From there, ND scored another FG to put it at 25-17. Michigan did an admiral job of moving the ball down the field in the fourth to score a touchdown, but the attempt for the 2pt conversion to tie it was a miserable decision (slant 3 wide right). Navaree had to throw about fifteen yards to the side to get to the reciever and when you have three guys defending in the endzone, that is a HUGE amount of time to get in there to knock the ball down. I credit the Michigan defense for shutting down the Irish on the ensuing kickoff, making them turn over the ball with about two minutes left, but Navarree's throwing was piss poor after that. He overthrew alot in this game. With about 40 seconds left in the game on a fourth and long, Navaree thew a pass that was tipped (I think) and was intercepted.
That about does it.
