I thought we are a "mid-major" conference??

So this is the question...Is the ASUN a "mid-major" conference?

What constitutes being a "mid-major"? What constitutes being a....well what's the term used for "bottom of the barrel" conference? :]

Honestly I wouldn't consider the ASUN a "mid-major" conference. If so, who the hell is below us? Mid-Eastern? Southland? Southwestern Athletic? IMO, we're no better than any of these conferences. I did though feel the ASUN was a mid-major with Georgia State, UCF and Troy, simply because of their sizes and past successes in the tourny.

What do you think?

I say we're a "small" conference, not mid major until we prove that some of our teams can hang with schools they aren't supposed to. With the way our conference is developing I think it's only going to get better.
