There is much respect for your ETSU team and Tim Smith here in Knoville. How many fans are you guys bringing? The more the merrier.

Drop by the Hoopsville board and say 'Hi'. Here's the link: <a href='http://mb10.scout.com/fgridscapefrm2' target='_blank'>Tennessee Basketball</a>

Good luck, hope to see you on Friday.

Anyone heard if we are bringing the pep band? I think would be pretty cool to have them there even if they are forced up to the rafters of TBA.

Thanks Tall Vol. This will probably the only time I don't pull for you guys! And I'm glad to hear we're getting respect from our friends in Knoxville. I think our teams are very comparable and I think the Smith/Watson will be one of the best matchups this year in all of college basketball. The rest of the matchups won't be too shabby, either.

By the way, congrats on an impressive early-recruiting class. I think Pearl is the real deal.

I am in the Buccaneer Brass and we request to go to the UT game weeks ago. When UT finally got back to us they told us that they wouldnt let us come. Our director didnt give many specifics but the impression everyone got was that we were not welcome.By the way, anyone know if you can get tix at the gate or if they have a will call?

Trumpet Player,

I am not sure if UT has let any other pep bands play in TBA. I don't ever recall seeing any. So I hope no offense is taken by them not accepting. Also you shouldn't have any trouble getting tickets. For the best advice check out the link TallVol has given and then read one of Knoxvol's posts regarding tickets. Knoxvol is "da mayun" with the info.

I can't wait until Friday night. I hope it's a fun and entertaining game. Of course I think UT will win. 03-wink
