ETSUFan1, I brought up UNCA only because it seems like a good idea to me. I've never seen any reference to this possibility except a post from a year or so ago (maybe by KOS on ucf.rivals??). Winthrop might have been mentioned then, also. Asheville would be a good, accessible destination city for the tournament, though, with or without UNCA. (Whoa, that's yet another topic!)

I guess Radford is still a possibility. I always looked forward to the Radford games during CU's Big South days. Campbell/Radford was and will be a good rivalry.

When do you think they'll announce FAU's replacement? Early 2006?

I think, and it may be a ways off, that West Florida or Florida Gulf Coast, once they move to Division 1, will make great additions to the A-Sun. Both have pretty strong programs in Division 2, and FGCU has been vocal about moving up sometime in the future.

We've also heard in the past that Birmingham-Southern maybe a candidate to join, however I see that as unlikely without the addition of another Alabama travel partner.
Thats just me though.
