Ok, this topic was originally about not understanding the bracket. After looking at it again, here goes:

Friday
G7: GWU vs. Stetson
G8: UCF vs. Troy
G9: GWU/Stetson vs. FAU

Saturday:

If FAU wins game 9 and eliminates Stetson/GWU:

G10: UCF/Troy vs. FAU
G11: UCF/Troy vs. FAU (if necessary)

If GWU/Stetson beat FAU and avoid elimination,

G10: FAU vs. UCF/Troy
G11: Winner of G10 vs. GWU/Stetson

Winner of Game 9 would go straight to Game 11 on Saturday, so in your scenario that would be Stetson. Loser of 9 (FAU) would be playing winner of 8 (UCF), and loser of that game would be eliminated. So you'd have UCF/FAU winner playing Stetson in final game, both with one loss; winner takes tournament. So for Game 11 description, perhaps "Winner Game 8" should actually read "Winner Game 10."
