Lady Jags couldn't recover from a horrible first half and lost 47-45. Now they're just waiting on a call from the NIT.

I'am sure they will get into the NIT.

yeah, they should get to NIT, but that has to be disappointment....


last i saw, the rpi was around 50 which just won't do it for a lower conference team. the sbc is ranked 10th as a conference.

who knows, maybe msu's win over tennessee will boost us a little bit, but i really doubt it.

i guess the 'good news' is that only two seniors leave from this years team, only one of which is a starter.

course, that is a big loss as carter ran the show from the point.

Here's some news about the incoming recruiting class that might make you feel good about the future.

Patriece and Shaniece Brunner: Team got to the state 3A semifinals where they lost 60-49. Patriece had 14 points and Shaniece had 13 in the loss. They averaged about 13 ppg and had a combined 19 blocks in one game.

Sicilia LoSauro: Her team got to the 6A (Florida's largest classification) where they were eliminated by Deerfield Beach, the team of fellow USA signee Keira Goodley. LaSauro had 12 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists in the 51 to 43 loss.

Keira Goodley: Her team repeated as state champs in 6A. She averaged 6.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2 assists in the semi and final games.

hoping for the best.


i think the team really needs help in the post more than anything.

burke was slowed by missing a year. delk can't handle it all by herself. mcdole is still raw.


one thing that hurt was the fact that two of the post recruits in the last three classes never played at usa (the girl from huntsville and the one from orlando)
