There is some great baseball in So. Florida this weekend. In addition to that there is the Homestead challenge. FIU plays against UM on Thursday @ FIU, UM again on Friday but @ homestead. Then FIU hosts Villanova and Boston College on Saturday and Sunday.

Maxx- Im also really looking forward to our 4-game set next week also. Despite your slow start I know you guys have a good team and I anticipate you will probably be the first team to beat us. Its funny to read on other boards taht people have given up on FIU already and say "Easy win", but I know the truth no matter how down FIU might be or not be they will always give FAU(and Miami for that matter) the fight our lives. Good Luck this weekend-but sorry I cant wish you good luck the following weekend! 03-wink

The 3 game sweep of the Rattlers has me believing that FIU is making a turn for the better. Last season we split the series 2/2 with you guys. This season should be just as good (I just hope there isn't a blow out like last season). I'll be wearing my "Beat the Owls" shirt that I got during football season 03-wink 04-cheers
