I belive that USA has as much chance of winning the SBC tourney as anyone. In other words, I belive that USA scares the other teams as much , but no more, than the other teams scare USA.
So, lets go ahead and say the Jags pull it off. What sort of seed would they get in the NCAA tournament? Right now, collegerpi.com has them at 193. With three more wins against Sun Belt teams, I don't belive that number gets better than 180. The current projected seedings by Jerry Palm (and he is very good at this stuff) has the 3 #16 seeds not in the play-in game as having rpi's of 211, 154, and 147. In other words, a 15-15 USA team with only 13 wins against D1 teams is probably looking at a #16 seed. A #16 has never beaten a #1, but imagine this....if USA got hooked up with St. Joe's in the first round. This is the one top-seeded team that I could barely imagine a win against. They don't have any size, they try to outrun opponents, and they've played the weakest schedule by far of any #1 seed. I'd put the odds at a 1000 to 1, but against Duke, I'd make them 100,000 to 1. So, who's up for making history this year?

hello!!! im new here. but i would love to dream with you and the jags. i know they were down for a long time when they were losing. but now i believe they are back. i really hope so. as you can probably see, i am Youngs girl. he was down for so long, it being his senior season and he was not shooting well, and they were losing. i think he is back though, i really hope he is. i was in mobile for the last two games. they looked like a totally different team. i really enjoyed watching them play. unfortunately i wont be able to make it to the tournament. but i will be listening. good luck to chris, the other seniors, and the entire jags organization.

You being in town probably had a lot to do with his performance the last home games. I hope Chris is back becuase when he is shooting well our team wins. I noticed he was screaming for the ball and coach pointed out that he was shooting well off the dribble which is something he has not done before.

I ran that same scenario at the Mississippi baseball game the other day. Would that be wild for St Joe to have 1 lone loss and it be the Jags. 04-drinky 04-cheers
