1) Men's team gets a miracle and gets into the conference tournament.
2) Women get #1 seed.
3) Whitney Woodard Sun Belt Freshman of the Year and All-Conference selection.
4) Steve Kittrell gets #800.
5) Lee Evans named coach of U.S. National Track and Field Team.
6) Former Jag All-American golfer Heath Slocum wins PGA Tour event Chrysler Open, tieing the tournament record of 23 under.
7) Current Jag golfer Gareth Maybin ties Slocum's school record for career wins with 7 at the Rio Pinar Tournament in Orlando, is named GolfWorld's collegiate Player of the Week, and Sun Belt Conference Player of the Month.

Let's hope we get more good news from Bowling Green in the next week,

GO JAGS!

dang, that's a good list RTJ. I hadn't thought about all those things at once....way to throw the positives in there. I'm still kinda miffed that Whitney was the only Lady Jag recognized in the conference awards. Put a couple of Whitney's teammates on other SBC teams, and they would have gotten recognized.
