Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns completed their final scrimmage of the spring on Saturday afternoon. The Cajuns worked a 74-play first half, and then followed with around 20 plays in the second half.

UL has practices on Monday and Wednesday next week, before ending spring football on Saturday with the Annual Red/White Game. KATC TV-3’s Scott Brazda and KLFY TV-10’s George Faust will serve as the head coaches for the Red and White Teams. Brazda and Faust will draft their respective team on Thursday at 2pm with the help of the Cajuns coaching staff.

The defense set the pace in the first half of Saturday’s scrimmage. Chris Klock and Michael Adams each had an interception. Klock picked Luke Sniewski, while Adams robbed Jerry Babb.

The only touchdown of the day came in goal line work. Dwight Lindon plunged in for a one-yard score late in the first half. Lindon ran hard all scrimmage, impressing his teammates and fans in attendance. Lindon accumulated more yards than any Cajuns running back.
