Don't really know what to make of this yet. I figure with as bad as Toledo's offense has been the last two games it's got to help some.

Scooter McDougle has won his appeal with the NCAA and they have declared him eligible to play. Unfortunately he was not allowed to practice with the team during the appeal process. However, he is expected to see some playing time this Saturday for the Rockets against McNeese State.

The University is now allowed to discuss academics about a student, so you will never get an official reason. However, I believe it had to do with whether or not a summer class should have been credited towards his eligibility or not.
