Wow, never seen officials favor a team as much as the officials who called the Temple vs. Akron game did. Even the foul that caused TEMPLE's Mardy Collins to be carried off the court on a strecher with neck injuries went uncalled. On another note, Dan Levoitz made the worst decisions I have ever seen a basketball coach make. The man definitely did not learn a thing from coach John Chaney.
Hope Mardy is ok!

You don't think it has anything to do with your coach retiring and having the assistant coach the team? Or that you know you looked past us and onto Thursday's Creighton game. Or that the 1,017 people that actually attended the game looked past us to Thursday (pitiful by the way).

We adjusted to your zone defense amazingly well. The refs didn't shoot the ball for Milum giving him a career night. They didn't shoot the 3-pointers for dials and they didn't allow Dru Joyce to drive right through the key to score the tying bucket with 9 seconds to go in regulation.

You guys are absolutely pathetic. Man Hole 55 made excuses for your losing BEFORE the game now you ***** about your coaching and the refs. Can't any of you just admit Get used to it. Hopefully over time the big big head in your fans will deflate to the correct level.

Oh, I forgot to add lmfao

So your analysis would be:

Temple's 17 wins= refs called a fair and impartial game
15 losses= refs screwed us

Having listened to the game, I would have said that the refs were on your side. Blaming the refs for a loss is a bogus ( and often used) claim. Funny that you would have the audacity to complain about fouls, given Chaney's "storied" history as a self-admitted "mean" coach who has even threatened the life of another coach.

Teams have to respond. Sounds like we did and neither your team nor your fans did.

I hope Mardy Collins is okay, too. But it sounds like you are the the one who needs the waaambulance.

Can't wait to play you guys in football.

Go Zips!!

No. Only two more games could have been blame on officiating.
LaSalle at their place and St. Joe's at the Palestra. We earned all of our other loses! Akron fans at the game know they got away with a couple of free bees, but hey thats just the way the cookie crumbled last night. Other than that, Akron played a great game and Congrat on advancing to the next round. So, zip..zip..and away to creighton and hop all over them.

Go MAC!!!
Go TEMPLE!!!
