Holy cow! Congrats! I thought it'd be close, but with UNLV winning. I didn't think ya'll could do it on the road, but I guess I was wrong, and it looks like your offense may be clicking.
That's not good for alot of Sun Belt teams that are sucking it up right now and mine is one of them. If ya'll play us like ya'll played UNLV ya'll will blow us out.

We're encouraged.....just by the fact that it has been since '97 that we have started a season as good as 2-2 (how sad). We're optimistic, but it's a VERY CAUTIOUS optimism. Trust me, UNLV (albeit a "mighty" MWC team) SUCKS! They are 0-4. Still a good road win for the Aggies, and should build the team a lot of confidence. If we come away with a win at Troy Saturday, then look out....another loss and the confidence will be shot again. Everything about the Aggies Football program is very fragile.....

I am impressed with Utah State's ability to overcome advesity on the road like that and find a way to win. UNLV is 0-4, but their first two games were against nationally ranked teams in Tennessee and Wisconsin. AND their other loss was to Air Force. Even though the Falcons are down this year, there still aren't many non-BC$ teams who could beat them so that's not a bad loss for UNLV.
UNLV is pretty decent this year and that one right there is a good quality win for the Sun Belt Conference.
If Utah State plays that well it might contend for the conference title. A win at Troy Saturday would make Utah State a frontrunner for sure. Right now, North Texas will not repeat though Arkansas State and Louisiana-Monroe look decent too so those games aren't gimme's either. USU could pull out a seven- or eight-win season this year. Clemson will be too much for your team, but they'd beat anyone in our conference.

Oh, I beg to differ! Don't forget, Troy must come to Cajun Field Novermber 13th.

I think his point is, weve won our last 5 home games. I think thats a pretty good trend to say it wont be easy for Troy.

He's saying Troy's only toughest game left is at LSU. Well, he forgot that Troy must come to Cajun Field and beat those Cajuns, something MT couldn't do last night.

Middle Tennessee lost at Cajun Field because the Blue Raiders are down bad this year.
It's a sad state of affairs. Our attendance will rank last in the Sun Belt by season's end and our 4-8 record with the 117th ranked schedule should be enough to rattle the athletic department, but it won't.
