Don't go to the MLive boards. I mentioned NCAAbbs last week in a thread about the new NCAA D1-A attendance criteria and the post lasted all of about 10 minutes. I corrected someone who incorrectectly stated that under the criteria 2/3 of the MAC would likely go to D1-AA, then I mentioned that we had a better discussion over here.
A few days later someone called out the moderator saying that he was deleting posts that were not inappropriate. The moderator asked for examples and I mentioned that. He quickly responded by saying "Be real! Name another business that would allow you to advertise for their competitors on their site." That is what I like about here and the SO board is that the moderators care more about the quality of discussion instead of viewing this as a business.

I dunno, last time I checked SO the posts that linked people over here were gone.

They're also posting that they have fewer pop-ups, as well. I had two just from clicking on the one link. They've blown it, and are starting to realize it.

Just did the same thing Odd. Went over, checked that link and got three pop-ups. Admittedly not the 7-8 I used to get, but still (as you put it) less than impressive.

As for MLive - I hate to say it but... their layout sucks. I think they're aware that if the community was aware of us there's a strong chance they'd move.
