1) Paul Brieger has apparently reclaimed the starting RT spot, with Jenerou backing up both tackle positions. Does anyone know if Tom Langton is done for the season with that sprained knee? 03-confused If he can redshirt, we'll have two guys with experience at RT next season.

2) Ron Bartell to CB is starting to pay dividends. I saw him knock away at least two passes against BGSU, and he had a couple punishing hits, as well. :D NIU's young QB will be facing a CMU secondary that is coming around, and NIU's receivers are relatively young.

3) Muragin has apparently won the job from Davidson at MG. Looking ahead, but we lose only Marvin Smith in the middle next season. Losing our starting DEs will hurt, but Wohlgemuth and Brookshire will ease the loss.

4) NIU's secondary is smaller than ours. Vickers should aim slightly high, unless he's throwing to Messam.

5) NIU QB Haldi is the smallest QB we've seen since SHS. At 197lbs, I foresee a few of those near-sacks from the past few weeks maturing into the real thing. :saber:

6) NIU is small at DE, yet leads the MAC in sacks by a good margin. CMU leads the MAC with only five sacks allowed. Which group will budge? We need to run Jackson off-tackle a lot, if he's up to it.
