Way to go Flashes! Gates with 26! Wins over two mid-majors in the A-10 and MVC. Nice start. ISU is next. ROCK THE MACC!

Some big plusses from last night:

What great intensity to start the game! We grabbed the first 11 rebounds of the game and put URI in a hole they never fully got out of.

Gates sits out a lot of the first half, only scores 2 pts., and we still are up 7 at the break. (He made a great pass apparently to BB for the last score of the half.

Great player management by JC. Made the right moves throughout the game.

7/9 3 pt. shooting.

Bounced back from EVERY Ram run with a better one ourselves. The one midway through the second half was vintage Flash hoops as we go from 2 up to 16 up with steals, transition, passing and clutch shooting. Sound familiar?

Excellent play from Houts and Bedford and Gerwig and...etc.

Extends our regular season winning streak to <span style='font-size:21pt;line-height:100%'><span style='color:blue'>18</span></span> , longest in the country!

We are liking this!
