I read that Kevin Netter was suspended from the BBall team by Jockitch, for beating the crap out of his brother. If anyone has any specifics I would love to read them.

How does suspension from the b-ball team work in June? Retricted from the training facilities? If it is an all season suspension, this is a big blow to the Falcons.

Kevin seems to have a temper problem. Didn't he take a swing at someone in the Toledo game? If true, part of the 2 minute strategy for opposing hoops teams might be the "push Kevin's buttons" play.

Yeah, Netter got in a fight with his brother and I think he's due in court this week. Not sure but I thought that's what I read.

Kevin still has a problem controlling his temper. Coach D has said that numerous times. He will be a SR this yr and we need him big time, especially with Kaman gone now. Damn I hope he gets it all worked out cuz it would blow big time to see him fall now.
I don't think it is a season suspension. I don't have all the facts so don't quote me on this.
Maybe we'll find out this week.

Kevin needs to get this problem under control or he's gonna have issues for years to come. :(

Netter update...posted on AyZiggyZoomba.com

Brian Netter was on JJ Huddle and he said that Kevin's suspension is only temporary until Dakich can get all the facts of waht really happened. Brian said that they were just messing around and Kevin accidentally busted his lip open so he took him to the ER for stitches. Since the hospital thought it was a case of domestic violence they were obligated to call the cops. Brian said that the police never even got a statement from him about what happened, that they just assumed from what the hospital said that Kevin and him were fighting and that Kevin busted his lip. I think that we all just need to wait and see what comes out of this and give Kevin the benefit of the doubt. Remember, everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

Sheese, all this crap cuz someone in the ER "thought" it was domestic violence????
Kevin, I'm sorry I jumped to conclusions. Good to have ya back...we need you big time for a run at the title in '03-'04!!
