This might be a little premature...

Thanks for the flash, Flash. :D
I think the continuity in head coach and staff is great. Coach C did a pretty good job last year, even though there were a few moments there in February. IMO, he's worth the bet.
Hard to tell about next year, but I am optimisitc. There are a few question marks; but J.C. and staff should know who those are and have all summer to work on this. My gut tells me guys as intense as Haut and Jakeaway are going out with guns blazing; and that's a spark for the rest of the team
I think 2004-05 is going to be the next "look out" year for a March run; given the continued development of Haynes, Brown and co. and prospects like Johnson.

That's good news if you're a Kent fan.
Which brings me to my next question....
How's he working out for you?? Is he better than the past coaches you've had that left? Could you get a better coach?

Well, look at it this way. If Christian leaves for a better job, it means the Flashes have had another hell of a March run ( which I think comes in 2004-05). If he gets us to the Final Four, upping his predeccessor by one game, he can go wherever he wants, IMO.
P.S, Yes, I am a dreamer. But we got within 40 minutes of the Final Four in the last run. Who knows?
