Way to show Northern Illinois that they are paper huskies....not ready for the big time yet. Getting better....but still have a long way to go. What is the deal with your schools colors?

I'm assuming many of you saw the game, so no need to summarize anything...just an outstanding effort..by the team,coaches AND fans..I've been at BG games since 1957 and can NEVER remember this much intensity in the crowd..perhaps closest to it was the 1959 win over Delaware for the then "small college" national championship.
As to the question re: our colors...they are Burnt Orange and Seal Brown... biggest complaint among posters on Ay-Ziggy-Zoomba.com website (BG's biggest fans) is that the University seems to be "sliding" in some black into the color scheme.. as long as it doesn't replace the brown..not a problem..but most of us do NOT want Black INSTEAD of brown..I assume that's what you're questioning. It's now 3am, including switched time, but I just got home to Cleve. area after also watching the hockey game after the FB game... :snore:
