You were responding to something I said about quality humor. You then tried to inexplicably make my cry for better message board fodder an attempted dig at BG's parking lot and concessions.

If you want to talk about football facilities, Toledo has been passed (a while ago).

It is true Toledo doesn't have a true indoor practice facility dedicated to football at this time. Plans are in the works and our President is very slow so it could be a while.

However, your stadium isn't all that great and IMO grass sucks. You don't see artificial surfaces looking like crap when it rains like you do at the Doyt.

BG has passed Toledo in football facilities. You won't convince me otherwise. You understimate Perry Field House and the updated weight facilities, offices, etc. IN the stadium. Just wait until the SAC is announced....

IN summation - Rocket fans think they have better facilities than BG (curiously with evidence - just conjecture), BG fans can't talk about quality of humor because of the quality of our concessions and parking lots (if there was more mentioned, I apologise for not mentioning it here), and all they can come back with is a few tractor jokes and pictures.

I'm not whining about the UT/BG game last year. I have said it before and I will say it again......BG won the game and Toledo lost.

I personally like artificial surfaces better than grass....especially ones like neXturf and other new ones that are similar to grass and are more friendly to the knees than the old astroturf stuff.

The next generation artificial turf** looks cool. I have been on it (both the astro turf and the other brand (Nexturf?). I still do not know a single coach (I know a ton of HS coaches) who would rather play on fake turf. I have been on that field (Perry field) many times. The grass is almost always in great shape.

Maybe it is just my old-school Cleveland upbringing.
