Halfway through the season, and we sit at 3-4 overall, and 1-3 in the SoCon. Obviously, I'm disappointed. However, this season can still be salvaged starting this week. WCU can beat Wofford, SHOULD beat UTC, and can beat VMI. Win these, and we are 6-4, 4-3 and 2 weeks to prepare for App. State. It can be done! WCU fans, let's support our boys!! GO CATS-BEAT WOFFORD!!

POSITIVES
- well....nearly beat Furman, great 2nd half against GSU, 3-1 was a good start, come from behind over Citadel who are better than their record indicates.

NEGATIVES
- well...penalties, losing to ETSU, penalties, NOT playing a great 1st half versus GSU, penalties, and what else? Oh yes, PENALTIES!! :bang:

You guys were supposed to whip those eagles and I really thought you were going to based on your Furman game.

It has been a strange year no doubt thus far in the old SOCON. The ASU-WCU game will be huge this year.

But first, we have a little business to take care of down in Statesboro.

Good luck with Wofford. That should be one in the W column for the cats. :saber:
