For WCU, losing to Appy always reaks, but the East Tennessee State game on Sept.28th really sucked! No offense to ETSU fans, (as if they or anyone else reads this board anymore!), but you finished 4-8 and 2-6 in SoCon. Hell, you gave El Cid their ONLY SoCon win! I don't know if the team was abducted by aliens, or got food poisoning, but losing to you guys, in the way that we did, was inexcusable.
ETSU is NOT 20 points better than WCU! Cannot wait for the game in 2003! GO CATS!!

App.State - Wofford
Chattanooga - Gardner-Webb

ETSU-Chattanooga/Gardner-Webb(tie)
Furman-App.State
GSU-Delaware
VMI-WCU(VMI was on a roll, UNTIL the Cats clawed their butts!!)
WCU-ETSU :mad:
Wofford-Furman (I live in upstate SC, and believe me, Wofford WANTED this one!)

Hey Cooter--Great thread!!
As for ASU, we've been lucky thus far thus season. The ones we lost were mostly "should've anyways". But in '00 and '01 every Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday was a BAD loss with a few rare exceptions or to some Division Minus II's, or NAIAs or pseudo JC's.
PS good luck the 'mounts the rest of the season except vs the Apps of course.

I did. But seriously, what was (IYO) Appy's worst loss in the 2002 pigskin season. I said Wofford. Good luck (NOT) tomorrow night! GO CATS!! :D

See...it's real bad when you don't even know who the team is. :bang: I think it's a little dumpy school up in Washington DC that only wins 5 or 6 games a year.
