Like it is: Return to court makes Heath happy camper
WALLY HALL
Stan Heath has been begging for a chance to be around basketball again.
Since his hiring he's had a whirlwind tour of the state, speaking to groups and organizations, but now it is time to get back to business, and he's glad.
Heath's first camp as the head basketball coach for the Arkansas Razorbacks, for grades 1 through 6, begins Monday. It is a day camp with no overnight lodging, but the final three camps have overnight stays available.
The individual camps, for grades 3 through 12, are June 23-27 and July 7-11.
The June 28-29 camp is for parents and athletes.
There are only a few spots left, and anyone wanting more information should call (479) 575-3118.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

While on the subject of Heath, he must be pushing the right buttons in recruiting.
Travis Outlaw, a 6-8, 205-pound forward, has the Razorbacks as his second-favorite team right now, just behind Kentucky.
Outlaw, who will be a senior, also lists Memphis, Louisville, North Carolina, LSU, Mississippi State and Alabama.
Outlaw is currently ranked as the No. 6 player in the nation by Van Coleman's Future Stars.
Coleman has Ronnie Brewer listed 75th among all players, but he's much better than that.
Another interesting note is that junior-to-be Steven Hill from Branson has the Hogs on his must-visit list.
Hill is a legitimate 7-footer who is very athletic.
He was playing for the Arkansas Wings until an automobile accident resulted in a broken wrist.
