Vance Joseph resigned as BGs cornerbacks coach and is supposed to accept a job with the San Francisco 49ers. To me this isn't a bad thing because I think Jelani Jordan needs a new teacher because he sure as heck isn't getting any better and I think he down right sucks. He gets beat long when he plays up on the line and he always gets beat on a slant route when he gives a cushion. The Eastern Michigan game this year was a perfect example. He made DesLauriers and Bohnet look like Heisman hopefuls.

No doubt...I really had high hopes for our secondary and was disappointed in the 2004 results.

We have some very talented young DB's....we need a quality Secondary Coach to get the best outta them.

GO BG!~

I think our secondary cost us the UT game this year! 2nd half, Gradkowski threw to whoever he wanted to. Our defense was offensive (to watch) 03-puke

You got that right. That was one of the worst halves of football I've ever seen a defense "play". No freakin way we should have lost that game. In fairness to the secondary, our D line could not get to Gradkowski and that was because of UT's excellent O line. Ryan Leaf would have shredded us with that line.

Coach Beck needs to get the D back to 2000-2001 levels of play. We have the O to scorch just about anyone but we will not win the MAC unless the D gets better...and I'm tired of waiting for the title.

2005 is the year...

187 days til kickoff in Madison... 04-rock
