I predict 4-7, but the MAC is changing so much there could be a new team that gets hot this year.....I would like to see CMU do it, but I think EMU is a step ahead of us....

I wouldn't say EMU is a step ahead. We took them to quadruple OT at a neutral site, which in my book makes the teams so even as to almost not matter last season. Hell, I would have been OK with a tie in that game after the 3rd OT, and I said as much to those around me before the 4th OT period. 03-banghead In fact, I'm going to send an email to an NCAA representative proposing that a tie be acceptable after three overtime periods. That's really enough football for anyone. Besides, look what happened to both CMU and EMU the week after that game.

I like your chances against Indiana. Hopefully, you'll pull it out. On a side note, I'm sure you enjoyed us rolling up 69 pts on EMU last season. I can tell you it was fun to watch.. Good luck this year.

Nothing new. Seymour remains on indefinite suspension. Kelly has made it clear that Jerry must completely clear himself with the courts before being reinstated to the team.

The prosecutor has made it clear he believes that Jerry is witholding information about the case, and he has been threatening to charge Seymour and several other persons (none presently on the CMU team) with perjury. I don't know if Seymour has any relevant info or not; opinions differ, and he plead no contest -- not "guilty" -- to the charge of lying to the grand jury. If not, he must convince the courts of that. If he does, he needs to speak up ASAP. In any case, most of us are assuming that Seymour won't play against Indiana. In that case Spencer Lewis, who is more of a power back at 5'10, 220, would likely get the start.
