1. New offensive coordinator who is bringing his pro type offense and qb leading/teaching skills to help jason campbell learn the qb position and help daniel cobb fine tune his. i dont feel like we will be back and forth between the qbs this year. i think its establish one and stick with him.

2. Carnell is bigger and stronger. Plus the fact that we have backups who are getting better and we have more depth at rb. Tre Smith is a player to watch for.

3. Defense will be the cornerstone of this team. Find a strong DE and we have a good shot at being the best d in the west. Remember, Defense wins Championships.

4. Tuberville has had 3 years of his recruiting style to kick into effect. Look for overall team speed to be faster on both offense and defense.

5. the loss to alabama and the losses to lsu and north carolina have left a bad taste in our team. they want to prove they can win and are showing that by working extra hard in the summer workout programs.

i think the game will be a close one. our defense will be tight and they will matchup well against palmer and the usc offense. our offense isnt the best in the world but we do have a great rb who if the off. line can block, will have a great season. we are very young at wr where we will more than likely have 3 or 4 true freshman playing. if it comes down to special teams play, auburn will win. if auburn can have at least 150-175 yards rushing, auburn will win
