Thanks to a missed call by the refs or the game is over. You got lucky. USM 24 wins, ECU 8 wins. OWNED.

Isn't the saying "he who laughs last, laughs best." Because if that's the case you will see that ECU laughed pretty damn hard last time.

You sport a .250 winning percentage against us. If you laugh about that, then you're just more proof of how delusional Pirate fans really are. 01-wingedeagle

Good point, because in the end, USM had the last laugh when EZU choked against Rice and USM made the Championship game. So once again, EZU was in no position to win a Championship again. It just cracks me up that EZU has a big ZERO in CUSA football championships and you crow about finally sneaking out a win over USM only to go choke against Rice when all was on the line. USM played Marshall with all on the line to get to Houston and we beat Marshall 42-7. That is the differene in EZU and USM. EZU chokes on the big ones.
In the end Houston was the best team anyway, but at least USM did put their only CUSA loss on them.
So next year will just be one more year of EZU getting close, but no cigars. It is what EZU football stands for in CUSA.

I don't think you'll find anyone that really likes playing games on Tues, Wed, or Fri. This thread isn't about whether those games suck or not. It's about the ECU writer's ridiculous view that the Pirates are above those games, and above everyone else in the conference.

The difference between you and most Southern Miss fans: class. You sure do care a lot about a team you claim you couldn't care less about.

You're one of a few Southern Miss fans that are absolute jerkoffs. Focus on your team rather than continuously look for ways to bash others.

I feel that we need to have wednesday, thursday, or friday games broadcast on espn because it gives us more exposure. Of course we would prefer those nationally broadcast games on saturday because saturday is the easiest day to try and get some fans over.
