Will UT live up to the billing? Will UGA get over the mediocre bug? Will Florida win without SOS? Or will it be another suprise from the West?

I believe the winner of the UT/UGA game will win the East conference. I have no idea who will win the West, other than Miss State (and Alabama due to a little matter of $100,000 payment), any of the teams could take it. As we learned last year, once you get into the SECCG anything can happen.

BTW, I did vote for Tennessee. Yes, I am a fan, but I really think that UT can put it together and win the conference. I think we learned a lot last year, especially in Atlanta. We know anything can happen if we don't come to play. I think Tennessee can do it. One thing that does bther me a bit. A lot of folks, includig myself, think Arkansas will win the West. Why dos that bother me? Well, we play them in October. If they win the West, and we do our part, we have to play again. I have a certain disdain for rematch games, especially if we hold serve at home on October 5. But I can't count out LSU just yet, and I would love to get them again in the SECCG.

The West will be a 3 way race featuring the same teams from last year: Arkansas, LSU, and Auburn. I think we truly have a great shot to win the West. The SEC media is overlooking, but the national doesn't seem to (Herbstreit just gave us the nod to win). If the lines hold, we'll win it. We have the talent and the schedule.
The East I think will be another 3 way race between Tennessee, Florida, and Georgia. In fact, it's not crazy to say that a 3-way tie could happen. I can see Tenn. over Fla., Fla. over Ga., and Ga. over Tenn., which would create it. As for South Carolina, forget it. They're too young.
I see Arkansas losing to Florida if they play in the SECCG, but beating UGA. As for Tennessee, if it happened, I think we'd lose in Knoxville, but could win a rematch game.

Georgia and Arkansas? Yeah, I'm on board with that. That is my new prediction!
Except you had Florida over Georgia. Georgia might lose to UT or Bama or even Auburn. But we will NOT lose to the Gators in 2002. No way Jose'! That game is circled. Florida is going down, big time. And you can take that to the bank. Well hell, we might lose, but we better not. I don't think I could stomach it.

I would have to say Tenn. in the east or possibly Florida. As for the West, It is very hard to tell right now. of course, I would love for the Rebels to make it to the SECCG. The offense could get them there, but I am afraid that the defense might not be able to hold in the long run. If the new defensive 4-2-5 plan works. I would have to give it to them. Otherwise I would have to say LSU or ARK.

I think it will be a three way race in the East --- Tenn, Fla & Georgia, and I give the nod to Tenn.
In the West I think it will come down to the LSU & Arkansas winner in the last game. Will go with my Hogs there, 'cause it's a home game in Little Rock and we just don't lose there!!!

I agree Razorbacker.Never underestimate the power of the HOG. Arkansas will beat Georgia, in Atlanta, to win the SEC title.

Long time to November....NC. Hope we are both undefeated at the cocktail pary, if so, they'll have to call out the National Guard.
