Rebstill was the only one to have addressed the original question. That was posted by Peanut and it involved Suckcliffe's comments after last week's pitiful win over SEC doormat, Vandy. Now that you all have swapped insults that remind me of the schoolyard in second grade, what do you people have to say about our team? Why do you hate Peanut so much? Is it because he points out stuff like "our coach sucks"? Our coach does suck and I'm not saying that anyone else can do a better job but this Suckcliffe guy has got to at least go back to the pressbox!

You still just don't get it do you, Coach Peanut? None of us is satisfied with the way the team is playing or the coach is coaching. Reb32, if this last post was directed at me then I hate to inform you that I am not Coach Peanut. I am just a fan, rather skeptical, and I'm here to voice my opinions. I am not here for charades, or word games, I listen to 'My Word' on PRM every Sunday mornings and that is enough gaming for me.
Silly me, I thought this forum would be a sound off board for football. I like football, wait, no, correction: I LOVE football. But as bad luck seems to follow me around, my favorite teams are always pretty bad. Ole Miss is bad, my old high school sucks, and the Saints have never won a Superbowl (or even appeared in one!). I just thought that some of you might want to discuss things like our offense, our defense, our special teams, our athletic department, our school(s). If this forum is merely to chastise people for having opinions then I will go away~~~~~makes no difference to me.
I must tell you that I am amazed at the rhetoric that I hear from all of the regulars here. Everyone one of you seem like a tightknit crew. That is fine with me, I don't intend on interfering with that. But let me ask yall a question. You must have heard the cries of disgust at all of the home games up to this point. Why are so many Ole Miss fans disgusted?
I would really like to hear some real answers to this question but I guess all I will get are juvenile responses and accusations that I am someone that I am not.

Coach pea......You need to learn more about some of us before you blanket us as one type of person. I wasn't in the band. I do like fun...in almost any shape form or fashion. I am a student at our beloved Ole Miss, and I get pissed off at all the griping you do. I am just as upset as anyone about our team.

As soon as it looks like we might be worth something, it goes back to the same ol crap. Our defense stinks. I could kick better than Ridgeway. Our offense (as great as it can be) is inconsistent. And, Cutt wouldn't show emotion if his dog died...much less any guts. We all know this. Some of us just aren't so miserable and upset with life that we ***** and complain about every little thing. I agree that we need to change. But seeing as how I'm not Boone and I'm not Khayat, there's not a whole helluva lot I can do about it. Since you apparently are such an influential alum, would you please voice my disgust to those who are in power? Your influence and "inside" knowledge would be better used fixing the friggin problem than sitting here making 20 posts griping about it every day.

I applaud your efforts, R_x, but I hate to tell you it won't work. I would bet around 100-120 posts have been shot back at Peabrain, stating just about the same thing you just said. He's a friggin brick wall, he won't listen, he doesn't care, so why should we? He has ZERO power at OM, ZERO skyboxes, God knows he has no freakin' airplane, and I bet ya he didn't even go to OM. He a f***ing fraud and a phony. He lives to get on these little harmless forums and b**ch til the cows come home just to stir the pot. He has no business here...PERIOD!

oh I had something else I've been meaning to comment on all week. I don't know where everone sits in the stands. This past week I was on the west side down near the new end zone. (out of the student section for once woo hoo) Anyway, do yall remember when they were announcing for people not to throw stuff on the field (it was when we were going for the first 2 point conversion)? Anyway, Cutt marches himself down towards the student section to "ask" the fans not to be throwing things. Before I could even think, I yelled "Cutt, you better get outta there. You'll be lucky if they don't hit you in the head." <img border="0" alt="[laugh]" title="" src="graemlins/laughing.gif" /> Anyway, it ended up being the ref who got hit upside the skull...not that he didn't deserve it.
