To each his own and I can respect that; however, I love to travel. My son just got his third passport. He got his first when he was 6 months old. The world is a big place just have to avoid the nitwits, even the ones close to home.

I like traveling........ to the Alabama Gulf coast, the FLA Keys, the Smokey Mtns, Texas. I've dipped my toes in the Atlantic, the Pacific and the Gulf of Mexico. Been up north to NYC. Its nice to visit for about 3-4 days but that's plenty. Just have no desire to visit any other country in the world.

That's cool and I can respect that. However, I like to experience new cultures, etc and get out of my safety zone. So far so good and no issues. Of course, knowing the places to avoid and common sense come into play. Heck the food alone in some countries is worth the trip.
