They've been the opposite of Fox, leaning left where Fox leaned right. They just moved more extreme and joined the likes of MSNBC as extremist left.

I'm aware of the leanings of both. My point was, Fox isn't really a 'news' outlet either. It's just right wing vomit.

I don't see any legitimate news organizations. They're all just propaganda machines for one side or the other, disguised as news organizations. I think I like BBC better than any US source. They lean hard left, but more like the way NBC and CBS did in the 1960s than today's propaganda arms.

I'll give bret baier a pass....he's as close to Cronkite as it gets....today's news is only fed from the sub-ords that actually do the digging.....

but yeah, almost everything in my lifetime has been op-ed or presented from a slanted position.....my father and his father were instrumental teaching me how to recognize fact vs. opinion as a tyke....

the bottom line is one savvy enough to sift through the rhetoric or do they simply become another puppet.....
