We're having this debate because someone says this one guy's "a lock" or "safe," when any number of data points challenge that position. The at-larges in lines 10-12 are quite hard to predict. And, really, let's look at why that is:

Louisville
Marquette
K-State
Texas
UCLA
Okie State
USC
Provy

Nebraska
Baylor
Boise
Bama
MTSU
Utah

Sorting through that is pretty tough.

Seeding, though, isn't a science. Way too much politics and television having a hand in it.
