LOL. My dad did actually threaten to plat a trailer park in Spanish Fort AL. He had a piece of property the neighboring developers didn't want to pay him what the property was worth (he only had 80 feet of frontage on 225, but it was 80 acres). Lots of new homes going in. He got his money from the other developers after he decided to show the neighboring developers their new potential neighbor. By the way, back when HUD would guarantee housing rental and damage income on mobile homes, the economics of it actually looked pretty decent. He should have hung on to the property. But he just wanted out of Baldwin County. He never liked the place. Naming the streets was one of the funniest conversations with my father - ever.

BTW, Spanish Fort, a place I'm not a fan of, isn't the part of the Mobile metro you would use if you wanted to insult someone as to where they live.
