Checked on politics1.com, still no candidate named Bradley Manning. Now its possible that somewhere in the distant generations a candidate running might have had an ancestor named Bradley Manning, but its not conclusive which candidate that could be. Chelsea Manning's parents are named Brian and Susan. I suppose you could consult ancestry.com to look it up, but I fail to see why that would be important.

I applaud your commitment to politically correct delusion, but this man is the same Bradley Manning who was convicted of:

Violating the Espionage Act
stealing government property
violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act
multiple counts of disobeying orders

A simple DNA test would confirm it all.
