I can easily see NBC going all in on the AAC and paying maybe half or a little less than the what the p5 makes along with maybe some better bowl tie-ins and a NY6 bowl tie . I think they would them declare them a p6 conference while savings millions. They've already shown interest in the AAC, and now that they have concrete ratings and on field/court data to go by it'll be a win-win for both. However they've never shown any interest at all in any of the g4 conferences whatsoever. The AAC has never failed to deliver when given a big stage opportunity. NBC could create an entire day of college football having an AAC opener before every Notre Dame game. They also would be gaining 1-2 extra Notre Dame games yearly because of the Notre Dame vs Navy games and their willingness to play some of our other teams like Temple, SMU, Tulane. I mean how many great games could the AAC deliver them through h/h deals with the big boys knowing that their away games against a Memphis or UCF would be on NBC of a rather than la tech or App st.
