It could be UNC remains the #1 target.

AAC expansion with Louisville, Pitt, Syracuse and Notre Dame has gone well though. Long term TV deal and football in the ACC has elevated. The ship on taking UNC has probably sailed.

UConn I think has taken Rutgers spot as the East Coast project school always available if needed.
