They probably heard from the same anonymous people that said ODU was releasing the final plans about 6 Fridays ago.

I have not heard precisely that they are working the legislature for more money, but I have heard things that led me to believe that a lot was still going on behind the scenes.

I certainly don't see any reason to think the posters are making this information up or being misinformed.

I don't think they are making this up either, but this wouldn't be the first time they've been misled. We'll see. Hard to believe much is going on considering Harry M. or David Teel have not chimed in or even teased.
