Congrats to UCF. THough 2 OT - Memphis was not far off.

I only saw a few scattered minutes, but I had a couple of impressions.

Kicking late in the game. It made me feel a little less bad about our kicking and punting. As ugly as Smith's punting looked, it was effective.

Both teams just looked faster and more athletic than UC. Especially on defense. Its funny, I remember TT talking about recruiting for speed. And I remember before the Michigan game Harbaugh talking about our team speed. Maybe it is just the quality of the telecast, but I was thinking, "Fick needs to upgrade our speed."
