Oklahoma's last 12 games have all been against kenpom top 66 teams... They are 6-6 in the stretch. They have 4 wins over kenpom top 25 teams in that stretch. Not to toot my own horn or anything but yikes... when teams figure out how to shut down Trae Young, Oklahoma has been in absolute free fall. 3-10 in their last 13.

It's not so much sitting down his scoring, but shutting down his passing. He is gonna score because he is a volume shooter.

oh absolutely.. make him one dimensional. You're not going to keep him from scoring, but you can't let him get the other four guys on the court involved. I'd love to meet Oklahoma in March assuming they make it. Our tight defense would look amazing against them.

There's no way they are making the tournament without winning the Big12 tourney or at least making it to the final, which I don't see happening.

EDIT - actually I forgot the committee doesn't look at when you won/lost anymore so their losing streak may not have the negative impact I was thinking. They still have work to do, but they have a lot of Q1 wins.
